To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Reception hours are 7:30 AM to noon and 2-6 PM on weekends and bank holidays.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 5.20 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
- Cleaning fees vary based on length of stay

- Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 14 for adults and EUR 8 for children
- Self parking fee: EUR 15 per day
- Pet fee: EUR 6 per pet, per night

- Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee
